MUSE DE SOI was born from a search for stillness. As a mother and a creator, I needed a ritual that didn't just clean my skin, but restored my spirit. What began in my atelier as a personal necessity has become a shared journey of restoration.

When can I buy the new range? The full six-step skincare range will be available to purchase on 6th April. This includes our hero formulas like the Micellar Cleansing Water, Probiotics Jelly Serum, and Restorative Moisturiser.
How do the Founder’s Boxes work? Our three limited-edition Founder’s Boxes are available via pre-order only, starting on 6th April. These are exclusive, numbered sets curated personally by our founder. Because of the bespoke nature of these boxes, they will be shipped separately once the pre-order window closes.

Is MUSE DE SOI suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Our formulas, particularly the Sensitive Skin Oil-to-Milk Cleanser, were designed specifically with reactive skin in mind. We prioritise gentle, restorative ingredients that respect the skin barrier. As with any new ritual, we recommend a patch test before full use.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free? Absolutely. We are strictly cruelty-free and use only high-quality, plant-based ingredients in our atelier. We believe beauty should be restorative for you and the world around us.

Is your packaging sustainable? We use recyclable glass bottles and primary card packaging wherever possible. We are committed to reducing waste while maintaining the luxury feel of the MUSE DE SOI experience.
What is your return policy? Due to the small-batch nature of our collections and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact the atelier within 48 hours so we can make it right.
